As a member of the development team, a Software Engineer at Confluence works across the entire tech stack utilizing cutting-edge technologies to build and maintain industry-leading software solutions.

This individual takes user stories and architectural specifications to strategize and implement secure, performant, efficient and maintainable solutions designed to provide value to internal and external stakeholders.

It is a varied role, working on cutting edge AI technologies within the Investment Management sector.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

Qualifications · An undergraduate degree in Computer Science and minimum of 5 years of programming experience preferred. Essential Skills · Proven experience delivering commercial software applications · Full stack development experience · Strong experience programming with Python · Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud-based infrastructure and services · Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and technologies such as Jenkins, Octopus, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git · Experience writing comprehensive unit tests · Strong ability to work independently · Strong communication skills; written and spoken · Proponent of non-functional requirements such as scalability, reliability, performance · Demonstrated self-starter and quick learner · Collaborates with team members across disciplines to deliver client value You may have worked as a 'Software Engineer', 'Software Developer', or 'Senior Software Engineer'.

Salary Range: $100,000 to $160,000 annually + any other benefits such as bonus
