    POSITION OBJECTIVE

    As the Operations Manager of the Dallas, TX location, you will report to the Director of Operations at Team Wilson and play a key role in growing their business. You will be responsible for leading the 15 production staff members, pushing budget and profit initiatives utilizing their business ACDC Model (Attract Customers; Close Deals; Deliver on Service; Collect Money), and streamlining growth for the Dallas branch. This role will be key in closing deals on the Mitigation side once the phone rings as well as making sure they are delivering great service. Their goal is to create a "Happy Customer that is Willing to Pay". You will split your time 80/20 between tactical work and strategic growth. You will work extremely close with the Business Development Manager and Reconstruction Team Lead to ensure operational coherence and efficiency. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven to build a culture, drive profit, and invest in people.     POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead, develop, and galvanize production team members to perform up to code and expectations
    • Work with team members to improve closure rates
    • Improve focus and results for commercial initiatives
    • Consistently stay within budget and maintain profit
    • Ensure compliance with job standards to achieve defined results in the production division
    • Effectively lead branch wide meetings, ensuring maximum time efficiency
    • Maintain branch fleet of vehicles
    • Think creatively and strategically about future growth for the branch

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

    • 3+ years of leadership or management experience
    • Mitigation/Restoration Experience is preferred
    • IICRC Certifications is a plus
    • High School Diploma or Better
    • Proven track record of leading/managing large teams in a service based environment
    • Proven ability to grow bottom line revenue and increase profitability
    • Ability to step into an established team and lead effectively
    • A servant leadership attitude with a drive to win
