Job Description:

1. Process incoming payments over the phone and through other channels.

2. Coordinate with the shipping department to push orders out in a timely manner.

3. Maintain accurate records of orders, payments received, and customer accounts.

4. Reconcile payments and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

5. Collaborate with the accounts payable team as needed for interdepartmental coordination.

6. Utilize ERP systems to manage and track financial transactions and customer accounts.

7. Provide excellent customer service while assisting customers and staff members with payment-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or a related financial role.

2. Familiarity with processing payments and managing customer accounts in a manufacturing or similar environment.

3. Proficiency in using the HubSpot system for customer relationship management (CRM) is a plus.

4. Experience with ERP systems for financial management and reporting.

5. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

6. Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and other departments.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

8. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
