    **BRANCH SUPPORT SPECIALIST**

    The candidate for this position will be responsible for providing assistance and support to branch personnel, verification of information uploaded to Horizon in regards to new accounts, reviewing legal documents, monitoring compliance of bank policy on retail accounts, and verifying the accuracy of all new and maintained account documents from branches. Additional responsibilities; researching and maintaining customer information and fulling customer requests for both internal/external customers.

    Requirements for the position include a high school diploma, a minimum of 2 years of retail banking experience, a minimum of 6 months new accounts experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills along with a strong attention to detail. IRA/HSA knowledge preferred but not required.
