Resources for Human Development (RHD) is hiring Our Womanspace Philadelphia Program is looking for master's level therapists to join our team. Based on degree and certification, the salary range is $52,140 - $55,530 annually with a sign on bonus of $2,500 after successful completion of 90 days of employment.Master's With License - $55,530
Master's - $52,140
The therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapies to adults using evidence-based practices in addiction-substance use disorders, mental health diagnosis and other areas as required by program. The counselor will perform initial assessments, create treatment plans, provide individual and group counseling, and coordinate with program support staff to identify and secure additional services and resources based on individual needs.

Located in Germantown/Mt. Airy, RHD Womanspace Philadelphia is a residential home providing substance use treatment to women with a history of chronic homelessness. Womanspace provides evidence-based treatment from a Recovery Model perspective. We value individualized and holistic care and strive to provide a restorative experience for everyone who comes through our doors.
