Job Summary:
The Delivery Driver will move parts, goods, and other merchandise over the road (OTR) from one location to another.

As a Materials Handler you will be responsible for transporting materials, supplies, and finished products to designated locations within and between our on-site warehouse.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
Plans and completes an efficient delivery and pick up route for the day.
Utilizing a tow motor and or skid steer, loads delivery vehicle with raw and finished goods.
Delivers parcels to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
Picks up parcels along the scheduled route, including items to be returned, company orders, and other items as requested.
Receives, distributes, and stores products as directed in designated, secure locations.
Prepares and maintains records of materials received and shipped including dates of transactions, locations, and other pertinent information.
Reviews shipments for quality and accuracy; reviews accompanying documents for accuracy.
Transports and loads materials, supplies, and finished goods (using hand trucks, skid steerer and or tow motor).
Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made.

Ensures that delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor.

Assists in general warehouse duties when delivery route is completed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to drive safely.
Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps.
Ability to plan delivery routes.
Ability to maintain basic logs and records.
Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision.
Able to remain professional and courteous at all times.


Education and Experience:
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and clean driving record.


Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Must be able to load and unload packages with and without dollies in various types of weather.
