    HR/Payroll Coordinator Overview

    This role provides hands-on experience in payroll compliance, HR coordination, employee engagement, and workforce support in a growing organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Payroll & Certified Payroll Support: Assist with certified payroll processing and compliance documentation. Serve as backup support for payroll processing as needed. Calculate and track fringe benefits. Support payroll-related billing, including equipment entries.
    • Employee Records & Credential Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee documentation, including driver's licenses, certifications, medical DOT cards.
    • HR Coordination & Recruiting Support: Schedule interviews and assist with hiring logistics. Support onboarding preparation and employee communication.
