    Job Opportunity: CNC Field Service Technician

    The Robert E. Morris Company seeks a skilled professional to join our Customer Support Department as a Field Service Technician. This key role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) equipment at customer facilities.

    About the Job:

    • Responsibilities include daily travel from home to customer sites with occasional overnight stays required for remote locations or training programs.

    Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Install, commission, calibrate, maintain and repair CNC equipment and accessories at customer sites.

    • Provide operator training and network system connections between machines and software applications.

    • Achieve effective communication through voice of the customer feedback process building strong relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty.

    • Safeguard employees by promoting safe working conditions adhering strictly
      to regulatory guidelines while operating in shop environments exposed
      to potential hazards including noise electrical chemicals heavy machinery automated manual systems.
      The technician will also be able
