Responsibilities:

• Playing a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service to donors as a GreenDrop Site Attendant.
• Leading by example and embodying the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Key Job Functions:

• Fostering positive interactions with donors independently and collaboratively.
• Greeting donors warmly in full GreenDrop attire.
• Engaging in friendly conversations while receiving donations and assisting with unloading vehicles.
• Recording donor information on company-issued devices.
• Coordinating with truck drivers during donation pickups.
• Organizing donations and maintaining site cleanliness.
• Fulfilling supply orders to ensure site readiness.
• Adhering to all assigned duties and being present during working hours.

Requirements:

• Ability to work autonomously.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Capability to lift up to 50lbs continuously and work outdoors in all seasons.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, urgency, and willingness to take initiative.
• Effective communication with donors, colleagues, and management.

Age Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18.

FLSA: Hourly
