Job Summary:

A mixer is an employee who carefully measures & adds ingredients to a large mixer to create batches of ingredients/food product.

They weigh or measure materials, ingredients, or other product to ensure conformance to requirements & various other duties.


Requirements:
Minimum 18 years of age.
Lift at least 50 lbs.

(flour bags) and be able to dump it in a mixing vat & able to perform all the physical requirements of the job.

Read proficiently enough to read an SOP for every product being produced day to day.

Perform basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide) to take a formula card and multiply every ingredient time the number of batches they are mixing at that moment.

Pay attention to detail because every mixing tool must be consistently accounted for to ensure it does not fall into batter without knowledge.

Need to be able to climb the stairs and work on a 2nd story platform, so no fear of heights for this position.

E-Verify will be used for employment authorization purposes. Must be able to provide documentation that proves identification & authorization to work in the US.
