    DUTIES:


    Works directly and coordinates the business development and marketing staff to support the Greenwood Village, Northern Colorado, Wyoming, and Colorado Springs offices.

    Works with Market Sector Teams and Business Unit Leaders to develop marketing strategies for new and existing clients.
    Support relevant corporate awards programs and deadlines.
    Ensure consistent, updated appearance and style for all collaterals.
    Ensure the 'GH Phipps' image remains consistent and fresh to target audiences.
    Involved in professional and community organization offices to achieve overall marketing goals.
    Reviews and gain understanding of all new client projects; travels to client locations as required

    Special events:
    plans and coordinates marketing related events both in-house and external

    Create communications and collateral for internal employee information/events.
    Review team member deliverables for consistency, relevancy, and accuracy
    Support best practices, style guides, and templates as prescribed by department leadership.


    Participate in developing and reviewing win strategy, including capture plan development, pursuit strategy and win theme development, and storyboarding - integrating strategy into winning submittals and presentations.

    Independently oversee the development of multiple sales proposals (RFQs and RFPs), including ensuring documents comply with company standards, completing technical and creative writing sections, facilitating the proposal review process, and producing winning proposals and presentations.

    Leads preparation and coaching of proposal interviews with project teams.
    Reviews and facilitates the collection of additional material from the SMEs.
    Responsible for graphic design, production, and visual aids in proposals, qualifications, and interviews.
    Plans and Participates in client project events to collect content for media use.

    Ability togenerate social media articles, blogs, PR articles


    Basic market research for all GHP's market sectors - size, clients, design partners, competitors, current events and news that can affect our strategic plans for our markets.

    Includes knowledge of business and political issues
    Gathers and analyzes statistical data relevant at the pursuit level.
    Updates and maintains CRM database consistently.
    Basic knowledge SMPS Six Domains of Practice
    Attends events and trade shows representing GH Phipps as required.

    Perform various administrative duties including but not limited to coordinating interview equipment, maintaining an inventory of supplies, stocking marketing resource material, resume and file maintenance, slides, photographs, etc.

    Other marketing tasks as assigned.

    EDUCATION
    Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications.
    Experience in a marketing/business development role may be considered instead of a degree.


    EXPERIENCE
    2-5 years of professional experience in marketing and proposal/interview preparation is required. Construction or related AEC industry is preferred.
    Prior experience as a Marketing or Proposal Coordinator is required.


    SKILLS
    Effective creative and technical writing, proofreading, editing, and graphic design skills.
    Able to create original material both graphically and narratively.
    Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods

    A high level of expertise and competence in Adobe CC, InDesign, Photoshop, SharePoint, Hootsuite, PowerPoint, WordPress, and other marketing/business development software is required.

    Basic knowledge and use of digital marketing
    Able to effectively read and analyze RFQs/RFPs and communicate the requirements to the pursuit team.
    Ability to manage projects, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
    Has solid attention to detail and a commitment to excellence and high
    Ability to teach other staff members.
    Strong organizational skills
    Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
    Exhibits creative and innovative thinking utilizing out-of-the-box strategies to enhance the Company's experience, approach, or team.
    Can work collaboratively with various people in all roles across the organization.
    Basic knowledge and use of digital marketing
    Basic knowledge marketing campaigns on social media and advertising.

    The salary range for this position is

    and is dependent in experience and title/rank of position offered.
