    BOOSTER OPERATOR 3rd ShiftThe Booster Operator will be responsible for the safe, productive manufacturing processes within our Booster department including, but not limited to, following all written work instruction and operating procedures related to the areas packaging and handling of explosive products; inspect manufactured products for accuracy; recognize hazards within the production area; operate equipment and ensure equipment is running properly; troubleshoot and problem solve with Supervisor/Area Lead on any technical issues as needed; operate and maintain manufacturing vehicles when needed; and any other duties as assigned by Area Lead, Supervisor and/or Department Manager.

    EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTSMinimum of 18 years oldBasic Math skills (basic counting skills required)Ability to read and maintain proper documentation as requiredMeet requirements of all state and federal explosive laws and qualify as an ATF explosive processorMust be able to work with minimal supervisionAvailability to work various shifts as required by business demandsAbility to work overtime when applicableEffective written and verbal communication skillsMay have to be certified to drive box truck and semi-tractorMust be able to operate various types of machinery and set up of machines.

    Must understand the need to be cross trained and willing to do different tasks dailyPHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS/WORK ENVIORNMENTWork environment is loud and hearing protection is required in some areas (range of decibels)Physically be able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
