Job summary
The HR Generalist (Field & Operations People Partner) plays a critical role in supporting the people and processes that keep Booster's frontline operations running strong.This is a field-facing (3-4 days onsite) hands-on HR role focused on real-time support for Service Professionals (SPs) and yard leadership. You'll spend much of your time onsite and in the field—listening, problem-solving, and helping remove barriers—while also building scalable, repeatable HR processes that reduce friction and drive consistency.
You'll support day-to-day HR Operations including onboarding, documentation, employee relations, communication,
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems
- Support onboarding logistics
