Job Duties: Design RFIC circuits, analog circuits, and communication systems from DC to 6 GHz. Evaluate implementation of QuantalRF technology in various silicon processes. Develop customer guidelines for integration of QuantalRF technology into silicon designs. Apply development experience in all R&D phases of the product design from concepts to product to market. 3D EM Modeling of transformers. 3D EM modeling of circuits such as power amplifier and low noise amplifier. RF Circuit Layout. Investigation of new circuit concepts in simulation environment. Attending conferences to stay updated in the field of RFIC. Work with customers on requirements for integration of QuantalRF technology.

Education and Experience: Master degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering (Electronic Circuits & Systems) or related field plus 2 years related experience.

Salary: $115, $125,000.00 /year
