We are currently looking for a Mid-Level Data Analyst to join one of our long term Federal projects in Millington, TN on a hybrid work schedule (2 days onsite – 3 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide data analysis support for Navy clients to collect data sources
• Analyze and extract key data and information
• Evaluate and monitor data quality to meet the organization's information system needs and requirements
• Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise
• Develop innovative solutions to complex problems

Education and Required Experience:

• Possess Secret Clearance or ability to obtain with our assistance.
• 3-5 Years of experience in a professional work environment.
• Bachelors or Associates Degree.
• Advanced Experience manipulating data with Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Experience with data entry management, data mining, data movement, information capture, and research analysis.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and be a part of a high performing team.
• Experience with Navy or DoD manpower, personnel, training, and education preferred
