Schedule
Day shift from 06:00 to 16:30, four 10-hour shifts per week.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent circulation skills and familiarity with Cerner EMR. This position involves being part of a dynamic surgical team at a community hospital, providing high-quality care to adult patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Circulate for various surgical cases including robotic, orthopedic, general, GYN, vascular, urology, and neurology surgeries.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and provide support during surgical procedures.
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating room practices and protocols.
- Participate in overnight and weekend on-call shifts as required.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operating Room environment.
- Current Florida RN license or a compact license.
- BLS certification is required; ACLS is preferred.
- Experience with Cerner EMR is required.
