- Provide front-line support to customers with complex technology questions or concerns at delivery and during the ownership experience. Can answer any technical questions regarding features for all Lexus vehicles.
- Must have expert knowledge in all systems.
- Troubleshoot Vehicle System features.
- Deliver an exceptional experience in all customer interactions.
- Personalize explanations by understanding the knowledge level and preference of each customer. Utilize applications and resources to assist in explanations.
- Provide resources and teach customers how to easily self-access those resources for "answers" if they want to find information on their own.
- Meet or exceed CSI standards for the sales department.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure understanding and anticipate additional technology questions.
- Ensure all policies and procedures as designated by the Hoffman Auto Group Privacy Act Policy are followed.
- Regular attendance is an essential function of this job. Absences of any kind must be kept to a minimum so business is not negatively affected.
- Perform miscellaneous functions as directed.
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years' experience in a sales orientated environment preferred
- Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
- Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
- Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
- Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
