building and scaling a decentralized exchange that is already one of a top 10 DEX by volume .

You will lead backend development, improve security of the systems, work closely with the leadership team, and optimize partner experience.

Qualifications

Must-haves:

3+ years of industry experience building complex distributed systems(sharding, consistency, availability, performance)Strong experience in NodeJS, JavaScript and other JavaScript frameworks.

Strong desire to join an early stage start-up and make it a successExcellent communication skillsBS in Computer Science or a related field from a top programPluses

Experience with Go, Rust, or other programming languagesExperience in data warehousingExperience and/ or interest in financial systems like exchanges, crypto/blockchain systems etc.
