    What the position looks like:
    You can make a life-changing impact on people from all walks of life. Work one-on-one with your patients in the comfort of where they call home. This allows you to develop deeper relationships and work in a more personal setting than a traditional medical office.

    Additionally, you will practice with more independence and autonomy than in traditional roles, with the flexibility to build your own schedule.

    Review physician referrals, assess conditions, and develop an individualized plan of care designed to meet patient-centered goals. Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team by documenting patient condition, progress, and education provided to patient and family/caregiver.

    The Director of Therapy also runs a multidisciplinary office including but not limited to administration work, billing, scheduling staff, and maintaining the clinic.

    Is responsible for directing the policies, objectives, and programs offered to patients. Performs direct patient therapy within your area of expertise. Manages the day-to-day operations in your clinic and supervise therapists while providing staff support. Oversees customer service, case management, treatment plan compliance, and clinical assessments.

    Implements and evaluates patient care programs and make sure therapy procedures are effective and being completed with the appropriate level of intensity.

    Other duties include understanding and reinforcing policies, and meeting all state and federal regulations and licensing requirements; and is responsible for correct therapy documentation, and ensuring therapists understand how to conform with billing procedures while meeting requirements for third-party payers.
