Job Summary
This position requires quick analysis of situations and skillful communication to satisfy customers and obtain a maximum amount of information needed for successful documentation of inquiries and medical safety cases.

- Coordinate information flow from internal and external sources to facilitate the dissemination of accurate, timely, consistent, and balanced information to internal and external customers including external healthcare professionals,internal Novartis personnel,and sometimes consumers/patients.
