Description

To exhibit all duties within the Cultural Core standards of Garden State Tile and as detailed in the CDL Driver job description: Responsible for transporting goods and delivering customer. Ensure the safe loading and unloading of trailer, safety initiatives vehicle maintenance and keeping driver's license in good standing. Responsible for providing effective, accurate and timely customer service for all internal and external customers as well as team members. When necessary, assume any position as needed and/or directed to achieve company's daily output needs.

Requirements

• Driver will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks with appropriate equipment.
• Strong in running own route to make the most efficient delivery to customers, and/or job sites and vendors pickups.
• Comfortable driving in Charleston, Columbia, Savannah, and surrounding areas.
• Deliver material in a safe and sufficient manner.
• Provide superior customer service during the delivery process.
• Be able to safely navigate issues that may occur during the delivery process.
• Obtain signatures on the BOL when making a delivery.
• Be diligent with pre-trip and post-trip processes and timely report any issues with vehicles.
• Assist in Warehouse when needed and available.
• Willing to be flexible and have a TEAM attitude.
• Make sure that every guest has had an authentic personal meaningful experience.
• To go above and beyond in providing extreme concierge customer service to every client.
• Continually educate yourself on our products and our company so you can offer meaningful information to all our guests.
