Job description
We are seeking a senior, hands-on HR Leader to take full end-to-end ownership of Human Resources across the Americas, including the United States, Canada, Brazil, and remote sales populations.
This is a standalone, on-site role combining strategic regional oversight with day-to-day operational execution. You will act as the sole HR point of contact for the Americas, responsible for payroll, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, vendor management, and workforce planning in a complex, cross-border environment.
A key component of the role will be leading the planned transition of our US operations from California to the Dallas, Texas area within the next 12–18 months. The successful candidate will initially be based in Orange County and must be willing to relocate to Texas to support the full office transition — including workforce planning, employee communications, compliance management, and operational setup of the new location.
You will report to Global HR in Shanghai and work closely with international stakeholders across Asia and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end HR ownership across the US, Canada, and Brazil
- Act as the sole HR point of contact for the Americas region
- Recruitment and workforce planning for back-office and commercial roles
- Payroll, benefits, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Managing external vendors and ensuring legal compliance
- Supporting office setup and relocation to the Dallas area
- Partnering with international hiring managers and global HQ
- Building HR processes and structure in an evolving environment
Key Requirements
- 15+ years of HR generalist or HR manager experience
- Strong hands-on
payroll
and HR operations experience - Experience handling employee relations matters
- Comfortable working as a standalone HR professional
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills
- Multi-country HR exposure is a plus
