Salary: $50/hr

Specific Responsibilities:

Lead teams on commercial projects with the purpose of Installing plumbing systems.
Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain an adequate stock of necessary equipment.
Perform installations to meet our company standards and exceed our customer's expectations.
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

Position Skills & Ability Requirements:

Must have Master Plumbing License for St. Louis County.
Must be forward-thinking and show good problem-solving skills, coordinate with supervisors or others when obstacles are encountered on the job site
Must be able to read, interpret, and layout plumbing & mechanical systems as shown on blueprints or shop drawings.
Must have full knowledge of local codes.
Must be able to design, layout, measure, & assemble plumbing systems to allow for efficient & productive completion of jobs.
Must be proficient in piping work, brazing, threading, and laying out piping systems.
Ability to manage, plan, coordinate, & lead a team doing multiple different tasks to achieve short-term & long-term goals.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Excellent communication skills with the customer, and supervisor.
Professional appearance and personality.
