    RN Position Job Notes:
    Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for
    ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

    Job Details:

    • Flexible schedule with option of three 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM to 7:30 PM) or four 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
    • Guaranteed 36 hours per week
    Weekend requirements: 1:4 weekends with 12-hour shifts

    Call requirements: 5 weekday night call shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 weekend 24-hour call shifts required in a 6-week period


    • Weekend call per rotation, averaging 1:6 weekends
    • Must have Level 1 trauma experience and at least 1+ year of OR vascular experience
    • Open case experience mandatory
    • ENDOVASCULAR experience preferred due to high volume of cases
    Patient ratio: 1:1


    • Work with vascular team specialty on call model
    • Cover three vascular rooms that run each day

    Equipment used:
    Storz, Stryker, Olympus, Intuitive Robot


    EMR system:
    Epic


    • CNOR certification preferred

    Dress code:
    Teal scrubs issued from the hospital


    • Must have active Maine nursing license

    Float requirements:
    May be required to take assignments and do breaks outside of vascular cluster


    Facility:
    This healthcare facility is a Level 1 trauma center featuring a comprehensive operating room department with 26 beds. The facility specializes in complex vascular procedures and maintains state-of-the-art surgical equipment to support advanced surgical interventions.
