Description: Full time Paraprofessional position, Monday - Friday, 6.5 hours per day at Memorial Elementary School.
Job Summary: The candidate should possess strong communication skills, be willing to take direction from case managers, and should have the ability to understand and assist with instruction that is targeted to meet the specific needs of students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans. A paraprofessional is expected to assist in student instruction within the classroom and the school setting, which involves working closely with students, teachers and other team members.
Qualifications: High School Diploma, Paraprofessional Certification, Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working with children.
