Job summary

The Finance & Payroll Coordinator supports the day-to-day financial and payroll operations across multiple United Heritage Group (UHG) entities.
This role is primarily execution-focused, handling transactional finance tasks with accuracy and timeliness while escalating exceptions, discrepancies,
and approvals to the Accounting & Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare payroll data for processing using ADP and QuickBooks
  • Enter new hires, pay rate changes,,deductions,,employment updates/li>Maintain payroll documentation.,records,and internal payroll logs/li>
