- You will design, build, and ship member?facing iOS features across LinkedIn Learning, LinkedIn, and Talent iOS (Recruiter) apps, ensuring performance, accessibility, and reliability at scale.
- You will own the full stack for your features: craft elegant native experiences in Swift (SwiftUI/UIKit) and integrate with backend services using GraphQL and gRPC.
- You will define and evolve data contracts, design service endpoints, and ensure secure, resilient clientserver flows.
- You will collaborate cross?functionally with Product, Design, and platform teams to deliver impactful learning and recruiting experiences quickly and safely.
- You will raise the bar on quality through thoughtful architecture, automated testing (XCTest/XCUITest), and continuous delivery practices.
- You will mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives, providing guidance on design decisions, code reviews, and best practices.
- You will champion accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring features meet or exceed WCAG standards and platform guidelines.
- You will contribute to platform health by improving modularity, reducing tech debt, and driving reliability metrics (crash?free sessions, app performance).
- You will participate in incident response and post?mortems, helping define preventative guardrails and operational playbooks.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of industry experience in software design, development, and algorithm related solutions.
- 2+ years programming experience in languages such as Java, Python, Javascript, C/C++, C#, Objective?C, Ruby, etc.
- BS and 5+ years of relevant work experience, MS and 4+ years of relevant work experience, or PhD and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Mobile (iOS): Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, UIKit, Objective?C, async/await, GCD, Core Data, Networking, Instruments, Accessibility, XCTest, XCUITest
- Services & Data: GraphQL, REST, gRPC, JSON/Protobuf, Caching, OAuth/OIDC, Observability
- Product & Delivery: A/B testing, Feature flags, Analytics, CI/CD, Agile planning
- Security & Privacy: Secure coding, Data minimization, PII handling
