Job summary
This position provides administrative and clinical supervision to all nursing staff on designated units. The Unit Manager is an accomplished nursing leader which is a liaison to Nursing Administration department directors and administration to ensure coordinated efficient operations of his/her designated units.The position may assume an administrative role in the absence of the Nursing Supervisor or Chief Nursing Officer.
