    Part-time Day LPN

    Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Towson is hiring a part-time Day LPN with a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus.

    About the Role

    This LPN position has direct care responsibilities as well as supervisor responsibility for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN supervises nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and coordinates care delivery within the scope of practice. This ensures that residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise nursing personnel to deliver high-quality nursing care
    • Coordinate care delivery within the scope of practice to ensure resident needs are met

    Requirements

    • Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
    • Must be able to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
    • 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in gerontological nursing including dementia population
    • Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
    • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
    • Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 20 pounds unassisted on a frequent basis
