    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Respond to homeowner issues in a timely, efficient, and professional manner - related to production department or warranty items that need repair (this includes communicating by phone, email, or text).
    • Conduct follow-up communications with homeowners and the production department to ensure that projects are 100% complete
    • Actively participate in Guild Quality Survey reviews and follow up with homeowners and internal departments to increase survey response rates and satisfaction results.
    • Schedule quality control inspections within company guidelines.
    • Update Customer Care database and/or IT application systems with scheduling dates, service providers, and other information required.
    • Coordinate and schedule technicians to perform necessary Customer Care repairs in the homeowners home. Create and confirm accurate schedules for Customer Care requests.
    • Track and review industry trends and work with the production department on improvement opportunities. Seize opportunities to benchmark and share best practices with other division offices and departments.
