    A leading eCommerce company is looking for a virtual partner marketing manager to support their customers.

    Description:

    The Partner Marketing Concierge Service is a program designed to help eligible the company's partners generate demand for their products and services through integrated marketing activities. As part of this program, partners will execute demand generation activities tailored to their specific business goals, with support from a virtual Partner Marketing Manager (vPMM). vPMMs guide partners through the company's tools and resources that accelerate marketing efforts. vPMMs will work with partners to define campaign goals, identify execution channels, and provide support in helping them develop as well as launch their marketing plan.

    Overview of Virtual Partner Marketing (vPMMs):

    The Partner Marketing team utilizes the support of Virtual Partner Marketing Managers (vPMMs) to help eligible teams partners generate demand for their products and services through integrated marketing activities. vPMMs guide partners through the tools and resources that accelerate marketing efforts. vPMMs work with partners to define campaign goals, identify execution channels, and provide support in helping them develop as well as launch their marketing plan. All vPMM engagements are primarily focused on partner-led marketing initiatives and activities.

    The vPMM is a self-starter that has experience in the IT industry, with a track record of producing lead and opportunity results via IT channel marketing, digital marketing, event marketing, webinars, LinkedIn campaigns and relationship management.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    The ideal vPMM is professional, attentive, and outgoing as time will be spent on the phone building long-term relationships with established and future clients. vPMMs are Project Base Contractors (PBC) dedicated to supporting partners with a variety of marketing efforts and activities (primarily partner-led) and have limited involvement with partner engagements. vPMMs are available to guide partners through program onboarding, activation, guidance on execution, tracking, and wrap-up. vPMMs complement the Marketing Central experience by working with partners on their Go-To - Market (GTM) initiatives, developing the right plan and marketing mix and measuring metrics to determine campaign success. vPMMs will provide guidance on how to navigate Marketing Central and relevant tools and resources that can support the partner's marketing journey. In addition, vPMMs will work with partners to define goals and choose relevant marketing agency packages to enable development of marketing assets and GTM execution.

    As part of the Marketing Concierge Service, vPMMs will help their partner accounts to:


    • Differentiate their brand: Leverage a comprehensive library of partner ready campaigns to market their unique value proposition.


    • Grow their footprint: Increase brand visibility and building their audience with robust digital marketing and integrated campaigns.


    • Simplify execution: Develop a joint marketing plan on their go to market activities, provide strategic direction and introduce them to Agency Connect.


    • Accelerate pipeline: Expand sales opportunities and wins in collaboration with company's Sales teams.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:


    • 3+ years of consultative marketing experience


    • Experience in the technology sector—preferably in software, data or cloud—partner/channel marketing, and/or account management.


    • Comfort and familiarity serving as a marketing subject matter expert that can coach and nurture marketing planning AND tactical execution.


    • Experience of planning, managing and executing marketing plans and campaigns as well as liaison with third party agencies. Understanding of MDF programs and process will further strengthen the candidature.


    • Good knowledge of marketing best practices (e.g. email marketing, SEO, SEA, social networks, display advertising, video production) and offline Marketing campaign types (e.g. events, telemarketing, print advertising, sponsoring, incentives)


    • Stakeholder Advocate – they will advocate for their partners and stakeholders to ensure access to the tools required, and remove roadblocks to the execution of programs


    • Manage existing partner relationships ensuring the partners are informed, enabled and driving actions to grow their revenues


    • Excellent client liaison skills, ability to react and respond in a timely and effective manner


    • Demonstrated experience juggling multiple priorities, successful time management, and balancing competing priorities


    • Strong MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel & reporting tools with the ability to present information in a consistent and professional manner
