We are a growing repair and restoration company seeking a skilled Lead carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship, reliability and professionalism. If you are a self starter who can run a job efficiently and deliver quality work without constant supervision, we want to talk to you

What you'll do:

Install trim, cabinets, doors, windows, flooring, siding and more

Perform framing and interior/exterior finish carpentry

Read and interpret blueprints and scopes of work.

Lead and coordinate with crew members and subcontractors

Ensure job stays on schedule

Maintain clean, organized and safe jobsites

What we are looking for:

5+ years of residential carpentry experience

Strong finish carpentry skills

Ability to problem solve independently

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Own hand tools

Ability to comminicate clearly with team members, subs and homeowners

Dependable, shows up on time and ready to work
