- Partner with HRIS team and business leaders on projects, enhancements, and Workday releases to bring greater efficiency, which includes participating in design, implementation, deployment.
- Support ongoing process improvement activities to bring greater efficiency to HR technology processes.
- Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed on a timely basis.
- Provide Workday support to end users by troubleshooting issues and providing optimal solutions, resolving complex Workday problems.
- Review and research Workday new feature releases.
- Maintain awareness of current trends with Workday and recommend solutions that address business needs focusing on product development, delivery and support utilizing Workday Adoption Planning.
- Continually increase personal knowledge through training and research.
- Configure, test, deploy and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal systems or external vendors such as benefit carriers.
- Create, assign, and maintain Workday security configurations.
- Analyze, design, and test Workday reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer, BIRT and Studio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both inside and outside of HR, acting as the analyst and expert for Workday Security, Reporting, and Integrations.
- Provide direction, mentoring and guidance to other team members for Workday.
