    The Marketing Technology Program Management team at Salesforce is looking for a proactive self-starter to fill the role of a Senior Program Manager.

    This person will be a strategic operational partner to our extended Marketing Technology team as well as our partners.

    This is a key role for a results-oriented person with the ability to communicate effectively, encourage sound decision-making, and guide the teams they work with to successfully deliver on commitments.

    The ideal candidate has previous experience working in an agency and/or internal marketing department with a primary focus on digital or technology projects.

    This individual will drive the management of various digital initiatives including but not limited to website/content migration initiatives, and more.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Drive sophisticated, high-profile, cross-functional programs across Salesforce digital propertiesLead multiple projects and project teams simultaneously across multiple orgs, departments, and partners, ensuring program goals are metPrioritize project planning, weekly meetings, and program communicationsIdentify and remove impediments that block the teams ability to meet program objectivesThrive in ambiguity and be comfortable working without all the detailsAdapt quickly and easily to changing priorities, assignments, and rolesFacilitate team discussions and resolve issuesPartner with program teams and partners to identify requirements, set timelines, define RACIs, identify and resolve riskLead a team of program managers, providing oversight, direction, and mentorIdentify, develop, and roll out new processes or streamline existing processes, where applicableBring order to the chaosQualifications: Ten plus years project/program management experience in the digital spaceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentAbility to understand and drive creative and technical conversations to action-oriented solutionsStrong understanding of digital/website production best practices, information architecture, user experience, interaction design, visual design initiatives, analytics, A/B testing, development, QA, and how those pieces come togetherOutstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaborationAbility to lead in a cross-functional, matrixed management environment and proven experience working with teams across multiple departments and functionsAbility to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical and non-technical team members alikeFamiliar with Agile methodologies and the ability to effectively use common PM tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheets, Google docs, etc.).Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, agile, think through problems to come up with innovative solutions and deliver against tight deadlines while keeping a keen eye on detail and accuracyAgency experience - both in-house and outside agency - a plusAccommodationsIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.

    For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $164,000 to $225,500. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
