Description
Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.Deliver excellent nursing care through evaluations, planning, implementation, and documentation while serving a diverse patient population with complex concerns.
Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
Graduate of an accredited school of NursingPA Registered Nurse Temporary Practice Permit or Registered Nurse License
All shifts available:
FT and PT (Days, Evenings, Nights) 12-hour shifts
Bariatric Surgical- 30 bed unit holding national accreditation as a Bariatric Center of Excellence for surgical weight management procedures.
T3 also serves the vascular and gynecology populations, as well as other general surgical patients at RH.Urological Surgical- We are a 28-bed unit specializing in a variety of general surgeries. Orthopedic Surgical- 26 bed unit with Advanced Joint Accreditation caring for the Joint Replacement and Orthopedic populations. The multi-disciplinary team has strong collaboration in achieving excellence in quality and patient experience.
Medical Complexity Unit – We are a 24 bed medical-surgical unit designed to treat patients who have both an active medical illness, as well as an active psychiatric illness.
N3W staff work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary care team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.Why Reading Hospital?
