- Strong verbal and written communication with both Members and the professional team
- Professional and courteous etiquette, both in person and on the telephone
- An understanding that the "little things" matter, such as greeting Members by name with a smile
- Attention to details and deadlines with a motivated, self-starter approach
- Ability to operate in a Windows-based environment, with average typing skills
- Ability to learn the computer system used for booking reservations and registering Members for Club events
- A positive, patient demeanor, with professional composure even during the busiest of times
- Ability to demonstrate organization, adaptability, and informed decision-making
- Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the events calendar, answering Member questions about Club functions as they arise
- Accurately booking reservations for various Club services, including dining, hotel rooms, and events
- Checking guests in and out of hotel rooms; communicating with the housekeeping team to ensure accurate room status; and ensuring that all hotel rooms are billed correctly
- Connecting Members and guests with appropriate staff members
- Providing interdepartmental support to teammates, including assistance with direct mailings, file maintenance, document preparation, etc.
- Performing other appropriate tasks as assigned by the Director of First Impressions
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
