    Position Overview


    A Trust Relations Account Executive works as a remote, full-time employee, has substantial experience executing innovative publicity campaigns in the B2B technology space and consumer lifestyle space (including consumer brands, fashion, luxury, travel, food, home, etc.), is passionate & enthusiastic about our industry, and uniquely experienced to generate crossover media exposure.

    Account work done by AE may also include content strategy, creation, and distribution, as well as data-driven reporting & analysis.

    The Account Executives are masters of execution and consistently deliver high-quality results for a variety of clients. You'll confidently interact with client contacts through email and calls, as needed.

    You'll easily navigate responsibilities on multiple clients with great success and show consistent performance across a variety of accounts with an ability to take fluctuations in workload with ease.

    You learn quickly, rarely make the same mistakes twice, and consistently instill confidence in senior team members.

    Qualifications


    Duties include:
    Work across multiple accounts to consistently produce results within our core services of media relations
    Develop and grow client relationships by participating in client meetings, email client communications, and assisting account leads with campaign development materials
    Manage day-to-day workflow across interns, peers, clients, vendors, and freelancers
    Write press materials, key messages, event briefing materials, status documents, and client call recaps - always delivering these materials in a timely matter with little to no revisions required
    Problem-solving to improve efficiency, maximize client budgets, and deliver beyond expectations
    Build understanding and knowledge of clients' business and their competitive environments through ongoing research and media monitoring
    Communicating - both verbally and written - regarding strategic client documents and discussions
    Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
    Support the team and participate in the development and execution of media events, editor deskside, influencer partnerships, new business efforts, and creative deliveries as directed by senior leadership
    Develop media lists and provide media outreach updates as appropriate
    Executing all aspects of strategic media relations; leveraging existing relationships with reporters and outlets on behalf of client and agency
    Identify creative media opportunities such as podcasts, broadcasts, social engagement, and more as relevant
    Develop and grow media and influencer relationships through ongoing outreach and outings
    Craft media outreach and/or social influencer outreach materials such as pitches, media alerts, press releases, or social partnership pitches and agreements
    Fulfill all media-related requests and inquiries on time
    Developing junior team members as needed
    Perform both ongoing and ad-hoc projects as necessary

    Skills Required:

    2+ years' PR experience
    B.S/B.A in public relations, marketing, business communications or related field, preferred based of media contacts
    Must have both the ability to both work independently without guidance, as well as collaboratively with a team
    Must have a well-rounded understanding of B2B/tech marketing space and
    Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
    Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
    Out-of-the-box thinker and creative writer
    Previous experience working with teams in multiple locations
