    TurboTax Product Expert Job Description

    As a TurboTax Product Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless tax filing experience.

    • Provide excellent customer service to customers using TurboTax products.
    • Analyze customer issues and provide solutions clearly and empathetically.

    We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help TurboTax customers with their questions. The ability to understand and empathize with our customers' needs while driving innovation is key.

    Benefits:

    • $18.50 per hour starting pay plus $5 extra from April 9-15 during peak season hours (8am EST - midnight EST Monday-Sunday).
