    Description
    Our large healthcare client is looking to add an MLT Generalist with Blood Bank experience to their team.

    Some of the main responsibilities include but are not limited to antibody identification, cross-match & electronic match, Type A screens, charts, logs, samples, etc.

    Operate, calibrate, and maintain equipment used in quantitative and qualitative analysis. Examine cells, recognize abnormalities, and record results. Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and regulations. Work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver top-quality patient care.


    Schedule:
    Overnight shift: 11 PM - 7 AM

    Required Skills & Experience

    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.

    Certified as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent.

    At least 1+ years of experience as a Medical Lab Technician Generalist.

    At least 1+ years of experience in Blood bank

    Strong analytical judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
