    As a part of Product Engineering Services practice, we are looking for talented Full Stack Developer to join us to contribute to practice initiatives and keep current in the latest technology developments in the Cloud and Product Engineering space.


    Role Description:

    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development & support team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
    • Mentor junior developers, foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing, and promote best practices within the team.
    • Lead code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning sessions to drive continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities for existing and new applications.
    • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.
    • Respond to user-reported issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide timely resolutions.
    • Investigate and diagnose software defects, identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes.
    • Work with UI/UX resource(s) to convert application designs/wireframes into functional user interfaces.
    • Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure system stability.
    • Willing to travel to customer location for go & see and meetings
    Requirements / Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 5+ years of relevant experience required.
    • Strong Agile Scrum competency (create/refine/breakdown Epics and User Stories into Fibonacci estimated ready backlog with acceptance criteria)
    • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on both support and development roles.
    • Experience in a lead developer role, with demonstrated ability to guide and mentor a development team.
    • Strong experience in AWS full stack development platform to develop enterprise applications using core AWS services (EC2, VPC, Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway, DynamoDB)
    • Strong development of containerized microservices to run on-prem Kubernetes or similar environment
    • Interface with multiple devices, equipment, and protocols for data acquisition (MQTT, OPC-UA, Kepware, SQL, Oracle, Postgres)
    • Proficiency in front-end technologies leveraging Micro Front End Architecture using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.
    • Strong understanding of back-end technologies, including server-side languages (e.g., , Python, Java) and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

    Mandatory Skills:
    o Strong Agile Scrum competency (create/refine/breakdown Epics and User Stories into Fibonacci estimated ready backlog with acceptance criteria)
    o AWS full stack development
    o Possible travel for onshore resource to support plant visits and customer meetings.
    o Work with UI/UX resource(s) to convert application designs/wireframes into functional user interfaces.
    o Development of containerized microservices to run on-prem Kubernetes or similar environment.
    o Interface with multiple devices, equipment, and protocols for data acquisition (MQTT, OPC-UA, Kepware, SQL, Oracle, Postgres)


    As required by the equal pay and transparency acts, the expected base salary for this position is: $125k-$140k base+ bonus.


    The expected pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area.

    Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi Digital Services bonus/variable/commission pay programs, where applicable, and are subject to the program's conditions and restrictions.
