    Job Description

    American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position in Colorado, requiring at least 1 year of Cath Lab experience and an active CO or compact RN license.

    Responsibilities
    Work setting is a hospital-based Cardiac Cath Lab
    10-hour day shifts, 4 days per week (40 hours/week)
    Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
    On-call during regularly scheduled shifts may be required
    Epic EMR used for charting
    Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for cardiac cath lab patients
    Performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards
    Documents care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
    Former permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
    BSN and specialty certification are preferred

    Requirements
    Active CO or compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted
    ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
    Current AHA BLS required; ACLS required as appropriate for the unit
    Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab RN experience required
    Epic EMR experience required
    DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration
    All certifications must be AHA-issued and must not expire prior to the assignment start date
