    Sales Professional - Grow Revenue and Build Customer Relationships

    Role Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Pitch and present our products and services to current and potential clients, identifying opportunities to expand our market share;
    • Initiate sales processes by preparing proposals, understanding customer requirements, and developing targeted marketing campaigns;
    • Create and maintain a database of prospective clients, leveraging CRM systems to track interactions and measure performance;
    • Maintain existing client relationships, introducing new products and services to drive long-term growth and loyalty;
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer expectations;
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies;
    • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of products and services;
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular progress updates and insights to management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, with a proven track record of success in revenue growth and customer acquisition;
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in CRM systems and data analysis;
    • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
