    The Opportunity

    Reporting into the Director, DMe Enterprise GTM Strategy, you will help shape the current and future direction of the Digital Media Enterprise business by evaluating how pre-sales, sales and post-sales resources come together to support the unique needs of Adobe's Digital Media Enterprise to enhance customer engagement. A core responsibility will be leveraging sales performance metrics, customer analytics and market trends insights to create a robust segmentation strategy that optimizes market penetration.

    You will be part of the Sales Operations organization which is responsible for helping define the strategy and operations of a best-in-class go to market engine for Adobe, and support superior execution by the sales organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
    • Utilize customer analytics and data-driven insights to develop comprehensive segmentation strategies for target markets
    • Support the VP of Enterprise Sales in identifying key market segments and defining tailored approaches to maximize revenue opportunities
    • Contribute to the annual account segmentation and assignment process working collaboratively with the Digital Media Field and Digital Experience sales organization
    • Partner with cross functional leaders to evaluate the ongoing optimization and load balancing of sales coverage, account assignments, and manager hierarchies
    • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Leverage market research in the creation and execution of Go-To-Market plans, including product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
    • Track and measure the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
    • Work across organizations to communicate changes that impact GTM teams so they can execute on new strategies

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
    • 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the software industry
    • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with proficiency in customer segmentation and data analysis
    • Experience working with CRM systems and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI) Analytics)
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes
    • Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation
    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $116,700 -- $217,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
