    We are currently seeking a reliable, highly organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for our Cincinnati location.

    The key objectives for our Warehouse Associate position includes the following:

    • Assure the continual flow of material throughout Baerlocher
    • Perform all assigned tasks in a safe and professional manner
    • Ship products to customers with 100% accuracy and 99% on-time delivery

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform physical inventory as requested by management
    • Utilize yard dog to move and stage trailers on site
    • Utilize scanning system to move products from one location to another, verifying that the scans were completed properly

    Quality Critical Responsibilities:

    • Utilize WMS and scanning systems for all material moves
    • Prepare material to ship to customer
    • Unload inbound materials and receive into WMS system
    • Load customer orders onto trucks and complete all associated documentation appropriately

    Key Skills Required:

    • 2 years of warehouse experience in a chemical industry
    • 2 years of experience with a warehouse management software
    • Forklift certification and knowledge of operation
    • Computer literate in Windows applications
    • Experience moving trailers in and out of dock doors with yard dog
    • Mind for performing duties accurately and in a timely manner
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

    • The schedule for this position is 6:30 am - 6:30 pm working 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, then the following week is 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.
