    We are currently seeking a

    Business Analyst for a prominent client of ours.

    This position is located in Framingham, MA details for the position are as follows:

    Pay rate up to $57hr based on experience.
    This is a hybrid role 2 days onsite/ 3 remote
    Perform standard weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting with excellent attention to detail.

    Provide accurate and timely ad-hoc analyses to address existing and new business needs; investigate variances and discrepancies in merchandise reporting and analyses.

    Deliver strategy and recommendations on various initiatives across all levels of Management.
    Develop and Implement new Power BI Reporting Dashboards for executive level leadership.
    Assist in the development, transfer, and rollout of SQL environments.
    Present and provide training on various types of work including day-to-day reporting and conceptual topics.

    Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts across all management levels within PD to develop, implement, maintain, and enhance operational tools and reports.

    Work within Microsoft Access Databases and Visual Basic code to perform data mining and Reporting.
    Use Excel pivot tables and/or Power BI to create meaningful and impactful reporting for all levels of the business.
    Minimum 3 to 5 plus years of experience working in an FP&A, Business Analytics, Corporate Retail and/or Data Science Environment

    Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-oriented field of study, including but not limited to Business Analytics, Finance, Operations, or Marketing.

    Additional experience with applications such as Power BI, Visual Basic, Power Automate, SQL and other coding languages is required.
    Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; experience reporting on large data sets.
    Proven track record leading highly visible, cross functional projects is strongly preferred.
    Strong communication skills with an ability to obtain information and devise business solutions.
    Able to deliver results and strategic recommendations concisely and effectively to upper management.
    High level of curiosity to explore, learn and understand business information.
    Self-starter; excellent time-management and prioritization skills

    Strong technical skills required:
    Expert-level Microsoft Excel (i.e., pivot tables, power pivot, function logic and lookup/reference formulas and charts); Proficiency with Microsoft Access or other Relational Databases
