    Job Title: Structural Mechanic

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a skilled Structural Mechanic to join our team at Rotorcraft Support, Inc. in Fillmore, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing structural modification work on aircraft.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Read, understand, and apply blueprints and basic sheet metal repair criteria.
    • Drill, bend metals, rivet, dimple, file, grind, trim, countersink, and install aircraft structural assemblies and subassemblies.
    • Repair or fabricate defective sections or parts using metal fabricating machines, saws, brakes, shears, and grinders.

    Requirements:

    • Experience with STC kit installation is a must.
    • A minimum of 2 years (Level I) or 5 years (Level II) experience on Bell Helicopter fixtures.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    We offer competitive salaries based on experience and capabilities. The salary range for this role is:

    • Level I Structures Mechanic: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
    • Level II Structures Mechanic: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour

    In addition to competitive salaries, we offer medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, 401k with company matching funds, paid vacation, and sick leave.

    About Us:

    Rotorcraft Support, Inc. has a state-of-the-art helicopter maintenance facility located in beautiful Fillmore, Ventura County, CA. We provide an entire array of support services, including sales, examinations, repair, upgrades, and component overhaul, exchanges, and warranties. We are a Factory Authorized Service Center for Bell, Airbus, Sikorsky, MD, Robinson, and Leonardo Helicopters.
