    Opportunity:

    Mammo Tech - Mammo Tech

    Job Details:


    • Work 5x8 hour shifts Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

    • No on-call responsibilities required

    • Travel experience required - first-time travelers not accepted

    • Charting in Epic system required

    • Required certifications: ARRT(M), ARRT(R), and BLS

    • VA State license preferred

    • Perform 3-D mammography, diagnostic mammograms, digital mammography, needle localization, screening mammograms, and stereotactic biopsy procedures

    • Experience with Siemens equipment required

    • Work with Sectra PACS system

    • Handle special procedures including SAVI Scout and biopsies

    • Outpatient work setting with approximately 48 visits per day

    • 24 hours of orientation provided

    • Must work at least 1 holiday per 13-week assignment (2 holidays during winter season)

    • Facility can call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

    • Local candidates within 100 miles not accepted

    This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive mammography department with state-of-the-art imaging technology and equipment. The facility features 3 mammography rooms and maintains a busy outpatient schedule serving the community's breast health needs. The organization provides extensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary support to ensure comprehensive patient care.
