We provide advanced sales training and a comprehensive in-house personal training certification—no prior fitness certification is required. If you're ready to make an impact, influence others, and close deals, we want you on our sales-driven team.

Your Mission:
- Sales & Customer Acquisition Expert: Convert leads into members by delivering an exceptional introductory experience. Master the art of selling the value of our program and inspiring new sign-ups.
- Target-Oriented Self Starter: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by driving sales initiatives, staying laser-focused on targets, and leveraging key information for informed decision-making. Consistently seek new growth opportunities while aligning with business objectives.
- Master of Social Engagement: Foster long-term relationships with clients through strong communication and trust-building. Drive repeat business by ensuring client satisfaction and measurable results.
- Solution-Oriented: Quickly resolve client concerns, juggling multiple priorities and adapting to their needs while staying focused on our business goals.

As a Personal Trainer at The Perfect Workout, you will:
- Convert prospects into members during engaging Introductory Workouts.
- Drive high attendance rates by delivering exciting and impactful workout sessions.
- Build trust and rapport with members, gaining referrals and boosting sales.
- Focus on retention through strong communication and results-driven strategies.
- Pay attention to detail while learning and applying best practices in sales, customer engagement, and fitness to enhance your expertise and expand our client base.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $7.25 – $26.44/hour (includes hourly base pay, commission, and bonuses)
Benefits: Opportunity to earn paid time off, supplemental health insurance (for qualified employees), 401K (after one year of employment)
No prior fitness certifications are needed. We pay YOU to go through our comprehensive in-house certification program.
