- In Office Front Desk / Receptionist Responsibilities.
- Receives visitors and answers small amount of calls providing assistance or direction to the appropriate office or person; exercises discretion and interpretive judgment in visitor/phone call direction.
- Manages office and kitchen supplies, to include ordering, stocking cabinets and inventory.
- Periodically prepare mail and fed ex shipping labels.
- Breakdown, distribute and/or scan office mail.
- When needed, answers telephones providing direction and assistance sometimes requiring working knowledge of company procedure.
- Provides such clerical assistance as typing reports, letters, postings, records, maintaining files, working with excel spreadsheets, etc.
- Schedules appointments and conference rooms in Outlook, and arranges for meetings.
- Assist in setting up conference room, ordering of meals, snacks and soft drinks for department and client meetings.
- Other clerical duties a assigned.
