Hiring for Full Time Seasonal

POSITION SUMMARY

Maintains RV Park and campgrounds by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Meets and greets RV Park customers and assigns parking destination per hook up desired.
• Responsible for booking RV park clients, accepting/obtaining parking fees, and maintaining good records of all RV Park transactions.
• Will be trained and certified to handle propane sales.
• Operates riding lawn mower to mow grass in RV Park.
• Responsible to check buildings and furnishings in RV Park, repairs minor damage; reports major repair needs to RV Park Manager.
• Responsible for replacing broken light bulbs in the park.
• Responsible for picking up and placing new supplies in storage areas.
• Responsible for cleaning public areas and office area.
• Responsible for minor repairs that need to be made to park equipment, ensuring the RV Park is clean and free from any possible hazards.
• Responsible for picking up trash and garbage for delivery to designated pick up area

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School degree or equivalent

Experience: 3 plus months of experience in park maintenance and working with customers

Certifications & Licenses: Valid Driver's License (MN preferred)

Other: Must pass a State and Federal background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
